4. Payment Terms: Payment terms are outlined in the project agreement. Clients are required to adhere to the agreed-upon payment schedule. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Project Commencement: Commencement dates are mutually agreed upon between Bas Brick Works and the client. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances may be communicated, and revised timelines will be provided.

6. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate project specifications, obtaining necessary approvals, and ensuring access to the project site. Any delays or additional costs resulting from client actions or inactions are the client’s responsibility.

7. Changes and Amendments: Changes to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional costs and timeline adjustments may apply.

8. Quality Assurance: Bas Brick Works is committed to delivering high-quality craftsmanship. In the event of defects or issues, clients must notify Bas Brick Works promptly, and reasonable efforts will be made to address and rectify the concerns.

9. Liability: Bas Brick Works is not liable for any loss or damage to property, injury, or other consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

10. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement in the event of a material breach by the other party. Termination terms will be outlined in the project agreement.

11. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.

12. Changes to Terms: Bas Brick Works reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
